  The staff was professional. They came out and did estimates, and were quite accommodating. The installers showed up the day they were supposed to. They took away the old units. They stuck to their estimate. Very professional.
  
  Two issues:
  1. For some reason, the installers put one of my fireplaces off centre from the framing. I suspect it was to make it easier to line the unit up with the existing chimney. In any case, the framer had to do a bit of work to correct this, including removing the concrete board he had already mudded in place. It cost him the better part of a day, and our build-out frame is slightly wider than we'd wanted, as he had to add material to one side to make up for how off-centre it was. Holes for our recessed lights were already cut in the ceiling so they'll be forever a bit off-centre.
  
  2. Although I'm sure I could get an itemized bill, including the cost of the unit, the cost of scrapping the old units, the cost of add-ons, and the cost of labour, it would have been nice if this were standard.
