  We were there on Boxing day (Tuesday) to pick out a TV Stand. We found one we liked and a matching coffee table. Their systems were down, but we were told to come back on Thursday to pick up our order. When we arrived on Thursday, the coffee table was there, but the TV stand was delayed and would be available at the end of January. Not a big deal, but a little frustrating we had to wait over a month for it. My husband called the last week in January to see when it was expected in, and the lady who answered the phone said "it will be in the beginning of February. You don't need to call everyday, we'll call you when it's in" It's now February 6, and our TV stand still isn't in. Online it says it will be available February 15, which is 7 weeks after we purchased it. They have not contacted us once to update us on the status of our TV stand or to tell us it's been delayed, or tell us why it's taking so long to come in. Horrible customer service, especially the lady who told us "we don't have to call everyday" when we only called once, 4 weeks after we purchased it.
