  I had my worst Best Buy experience at this Coquitlam location. I've already made my decision to switch to Amazon and start buying from them.
  Last Friday (May 25th) I went to the store to exchange an item. The customer service rep wasted 30 minutes of my time due to lack of knowledge and training. Finally the store manager came and OMG I have no idea why they have such an unprofessional and rude person in this position.
  I ended up just doing a return and going to Microsoft store to buy another device.

  Coming into this establishment, I needed a printer. The people at the front were really nice in greeting me. But after that, I was having a little bit of trouble finding someone to help me. I mean they could have been short-staffed, so I cant make a definitive judgement.
  
  I did however find my printer and they had many in stock. So I was very happy with that!
